Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive an email with all your shipping information and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our workshop in Barcelona.

What are importation fees? Importation fees include all landed costs (duty and taxes, brokerage charges) associated with shipping our products to your international location.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order? No. We operate on a Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are calculated and paid prior to shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no surprise fees upon delivery.

How are international shipping rates calculated? Our rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions. All international orders are delivered Duty Paid, ensuring a seamless experience.

Returns & Exchanges: Our “No-Return” Policy & Quality Assurance

Why don’t we accept returns by mail? At Bonenfant Atelier, we are a small, independent workshop where every piece is crafted with care, often in limited or unique numbers. We do not accept returns by post. Accepting international returns would require us to absorb significant shipping and customs costs that could threaten the financial stability of our small business. Instead, we prefer to build a personal connection with you to ensure your order is perfect before it ever leaves our hands.

How can we ensure the fit and quality before you buy? We are here to help you make the right choice!

  • Detailed Measurements: Please check our size guides carefully.
  • Visual Confirmation: We encourage you to email us at hello@bonenfant-atelier.com with any questions about fit, fabric, or finish. We are happy to send additional high-resolution photos or videos of the specific item you are interested in to help you decide.
  • Pre-Shipment Check: For custom orders or large items, we can arrange a final photo confirmation before dispatch.

What if there is a problem with my order? If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will absolutely take responsibility.

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please email us with photos of the issue.
  2. Solution: We will work with you to find a solution. For defective items, we will cover the cost of shipping if a return to our Barcelona workshop becomes necessary (though we hope to resolve this via replacement or credit for future purchases first).

Can I exchange an item in our Barcelona store? Yes! If you happen to be visiting Barcelona, you are very welcome to bring your online order to our workshop/store for an in-person exchange or measurement consultation. We love seeing our customers and helping them find the perfect fit!

What about price drops? If an item you purchased goes on sale on our website within 5 days of your purchase, we offer a price match. Please contact us, and we will issue a partial credit for the difference.
